Despite a hiccup with my reservation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me at a lower rate, and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and quiet. the fluffy towels, well-stocked mini-bar, and coffee/tea facilities added a lovely touch, while the double TVs, one visible from the spa bath, were a luxurious feature. the balcony overlooking the pool was a highlight, even if we couldn't open the door. the location was perfect for my needs, and I was impressed by the overall comfort and warmth of the room. I highly recommend this eco-friendly establishment and look forward to my future stays here.
